Relaxing and Letting go of Tension and Stress

Encountering challenges is part of life,  however, how you respond to the situation makes a great difference and your coping strategies matter. You are human, so ofcourse you are going to be worried, stressed, frustrated and sometimes even depressed.  However, ruminating  is an unhealthy way of trying to solve the problem in your head, and the bottom line is that; it does not reduce the anxiety but rather increases it, leading to you being worried about being worried and resulting in a cycle of worry.

You may choose  responding as opposed to reacting to the situation. Often being reactive worsens the anxiety, whereas processing, analysing the situation and taking time to respond may yield positive outcomes.

If you are one of those individuals who get overwhelmed by life challenges, and feel stuck, learn to practice breathing and relaxation techniques to prevent ending up with psychosomatic ailments (headaches, backaches, stomach problems, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, high blood pressure and lathergy, etc)

Therefore, you may find this relaxation audio exercise tip helpful to you.
